Our Sustainable Procurement Policy

Side Breeze Hotel has established its "Sustainable Procurement Policy" based on the principles and values outlined in all other policies. During procurement activities, it is our policy to act in accordance with laws and ethical standards in all matters, not to procure endangered species, and to prioritize local suppliers while considering environmental sensitivity and economic interests, without discriminating based on religion, language, race, gender, sexual orientation, or physical abilities in the institutions and individuals involved. We aim to ensure that our suppliers and subcontractors also comply with legal and ethical standards, and to spread, strengthen, and sustain this approach throughout the supply chain.

To achieve this goal, we expect our suppliers to share our fundamental principles within this scope and to collaborate with us in improving and promoting these principles with a continuous improvement approach. We encourage constructive feedback and the systematic sharing of exemplary practices in this area.

In this context, our priorities are:

  • Ensuring all operations in our supply chain are conducted in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
  • Building sincere, honest, respectful, fair, impartial, and transparent business relationships with all our suppliers without discrimination; ensuring all procurement activities, including supplier selection, are conducted fairly and fulfilling our obligations to suppliers on time.
  • Setting an example for our supply chain stakeholders in terms of sustainability and corporate social responsibility by establishing a sustainable supply chain culture for the environment and society.
  • Encouraging feedback and the sharing of best practices through cooperation with suppliers to promote continuous improvement.
  • Acting in compliance with all environmental and energy-related legal regulations and standards, including climate-conscious activities, energy efficiency, resource conservation, waste reduction, reuse and recycling, emission control, and hazardous material management.
