Information on the Protection of Personal Data

Karabaylı Turizm İnş.Tic.Tarım ve Hayvancılık A.Ş. places your security as a priority and aims to protect fundamental rights and freedoms, particularly the right to privacy. Therefore, we would like to inform you about the “Personal Data Protection Law” regarding personal data.

Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data

In accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) which came into effect on April 7, 2016, if you share your personal data with us in order to benefit from our services, our company, acting as the Data Controller, may collect, record, store, update, rearrange, disclose to third parties (to the extent permitted by law), transfer, share, and process your personal data within the scope outlined by the law.

Purposes of Processing Your Personal Data

Your personal data will be processed and stored to comply with legal requirements; to ensure uninterrupted service provision; to register necessary identification, address, and other details of the data owner; to prepare all records and documents that serve as a basis for transactions in both electronic and paper form; and to fulfill information storage, reporting, and notification obligations required by national and international laws, institutions, and authorities.

Data Storage and Sharing

Your personal data will be stored in the Karabaylı Turizm İnş.Tic.Tarım ve Hayvancılık A.Ş. database upon submission of the application form. Our company may share this data with third parties, institutions, and organizations as required for employment and legal compliance in line with the company’s services and operational scope.

Your Rights

Except for the exceptions provided in Article 28 titled "Exceptions" of the KVKK, you have the following rights under Article 11 of the law by applying to our company:

  • To learn whether your personal data has been processed,
  • If processed, to request information regarding such processing,
  • To learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used in line with that purpose,
  • To know the third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred domestically or abroad,
  • To request correction if your data is incomplete or incorrect,
  • To request deletion or destruction of your data within the scope of Article 7,
  • To request notification of such actions to third parties to whom data has been transferred,
  • To object to any outcome arising from the automatic analysis of your data, and
  • To demand compensation in case of damages due to unlawful data processing.

These rights can be exercised as of October 7, 2016, and any expenses incurred while fulfilling your request may be charged in accordance with Article 13 of the KVKK titled "Application to the Data Controller."
